Going From Zero to One
2025 marked our first year of operation and the launch of what we hope will become an enduring organization. We set out to build a next-generation, operationally oriented private equity platform focused on the lower middle market.

Investments
We built the foundation of a team designed to acquire, build, and grow lower middle market businesses. In 2025, we onboarded 10 team members across investing, operations, and platform leadership.

At Altaline, we focus on three areas of impact:

Brazos Safety Systems partnered with Texas Christian University to host five computer science co-op students working on new product development.
Altaline supported Fly Compton, a Los Angeles-based program introducing inner-city youth to careers in aviation

Areas of Investment Focus
Altaline invests in key sub-sectors of our three major areas of focus, often in business models that have recurring revenues supported by secular demand drivers. We focus on smaller businesses, those below $10M of EBITDA, where we can take founder-owned or family-led businesses and transform them into next-generation institutional-quality innovators.
